CRO’s New Look Is Here: Same Trusted Experience, Fresh New Branding

We’re excited to share that CRO’s new look is officially live. As of today, you’ll start to see refreshed branding across the platform, from updated colors and logos. These updates reflect who we are today and where we’re headed as part of the RapidWorks family. 

Over the past year, CRO officially joined RapidWorks, expanding our ability to deliver more tools, more innovation, and more support to the businesses we serve. This brand refresh is a natural next step: it brings CRO into alignment with the broader RapidWorks family while preserving everything you trust about how CRO works. 

Starting today, you’ll see the new branding appears across the platform and in our communications to you, but your day-to-day experience remains unchanged.  

Here’s what you can expect:

  • No interruption to your day-to-day processes.  
  • The same trusted support team and points of contact. 

To save your dispatch team from some extra calls, you may want to give your drivers a quick heads-up as they’ll notice the new logo at sign-in as well.
