Our company had been doing everything manually. From bookings, to routes, to pickups. All our unit locations were starred on google maps.  When we did a unit count there would occasionally be units missing. Sure enough, a few months later, we would get a phone call. Someone has had one of our units, that they haven’t been charged for and that hasn’t been cleaned. Switching over to Cro made all our bookings and service routes go a lot smoother. However, the main area that it has helped us with is knowing where all our assets are located. This helps everyone in the company relax because we know that there are no units missing.
